Cheetham does it again!

Hello all; There was yet another thrilling instalment in the singles competition today when Joe Hurley played Ady Cheetham for a place in the final of the singles competition against John Machin. The match started in dull overcast conditions but it was muggy and sweaty weather.Joe won the toss and began the match,it was close all the way through with Joe Hurley just shading it in the first half of the match. In the second half of the match Ady Cheetham pulled away until he was four shots in front but Joe Hurley fought tenaciously until he pulled level on the last end,and so it was the same as on Monday morning when Ady had to go to an extra end to decide the result,he won through yesterday and today he achieved the same result by taking the extra end by one shot,a good game played competitively by both players .and so Adie Cheetham will attempt Wednesday morning to win in the final against John Machin, should be a great match.
